Terms of Service

What we do, what we do not do, and what you can expect
The most important thing on this page. We are a health tourism coordination service. We are not a hospital or a clinic, we do not employ the surgeons, and we do not provide medical treatment or medical advice. Treatment is provided by independent, licensed clinics and practitioners in Türkiye under a separate agreement between you and them.

1. Who these terms are between

These terms apply between you and Lumière Clinic & Suites — the trading name of Eftalya Cosmetic, Moltkestraße 42, 74072 Heilbronn, Germany — when you use this website or ask us to coordinate treatment on your behalf. By contacting us or accepting a coordination proposal, you accept these terms.

2. What we actually do

What we do not do

3. Your contract with the clinic

When you go ahead, you enter into a treatment agreement directly with the clinic. That agreement, and the law of the country where treatment takes place, governs the treatment itself — including consent, clinical records, complications and any clinical complaint. We will help you communicate with the clinic at every stage, but we are not a party to that agreement and we cannot accept clinical responsibility for it.

Before you commit, read what the clinic gives you: what is included, who performs the procedure, what happens if a revision is needed, and what their own complaints process is. Ask us if anything is unclear and we will get you an answer in writing.

4. Information, prices and quotes

Prices shown on this website or given in conversation are indicative. A binding price can only come from the clinic after it has assessed your case, and it may change if your assessment shows that a different or additional procedure is needed. We tell you the price before anything is booked, never after.

We take care to keep this site accurate, but treatment descriptions here are general information, not a promise about your case.

5. Booking, deposits and payment

6. Changing or cancelling

Tell us as soon as you know. We will pass the change to the clinic and to any travel or accommodation provider and tell you exactly what it costs, before anything is committed. Clinic and airline cancellation terms are theirs, not ours, and we cannot waive them — but we will argue your case.

If you are a consumer in the UK and you cancel a coordination service you agreed to at a distance, your statutory cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 apply, subject to the exceptions in those regulations for services already performed at your request.

7. Travel, insurance and fitness to fly

8. Your responsibilities

Give the clinic a complete and honest medical history, including medication, allergies, previous procedures and any condition affecting anaesthesia or healing. Withholding this puts you at real risk and may invalidate your insurance. Follow pre-operative and aftercare instructions. Attend follow-ups.

9. Liability

We are responsible for the coordination services we provide, and for doing them with reasonable care and skill. We are not liable for the clinical acts or omissions of independent clinics, surgeons, anaesthetists or hospitals, nor for the acts of airlines, hotels or transfer companies, which are separate providers.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with our coordination services is limited to the coordination fees you have paid us.

10. Complaints

Tell us. Email biosbilgisayar@gmail.com or use any contact route on the site, and set out what went wrong and what you would like done. We acknowledge within 3 working days and aim to resolve within 28 days. Where the complaint concerns clinical care, we will raise it with the clinic and support you through their process — that support is free.

11. Intellectual property

The text, layout and design of this website belong to us. You may read, print and share pages for your own use. You may not republish them commercially without permission.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK or in the EEA, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of your home country. Your separate agreement with the treating clinic may be governed by the law of the country of treatment.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here when you engage us is the one that applies to you.
